Chitosan Oligosaccharide: is a non-toxic functional amino sugar of low molecular weight. It’s made from snow crab shell derived from deep sea with enzymatic degradation. Now it is wildly applied in nutraceuticals, food, feedstuffs and fertilizers, and cosmetics as a new nature raw material.
