PROTEOSTAT® 熱位移穩(wěn)定性檢測試劑盒內(nèi)含有一種檢測蛋白聚集的熒光染料，因此可用于監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)熱應力條件下的蛋白穩(wěn)定性。通過熱位移分析，可輕松確定大部分蛋白的聚集溫度。聚集溫度是蛋白穩(wěn)定性的指標，可用于優(yōu)化使蛋白聚集較小化的條件，以及鑒定與目標蛋白結合并賦予結構穩(wěn)定性的配體。配合使用相關的 PROTEOSTAT® 蛋白復性和聚集敏感試劑盒（產(chǎn)品編號：ENZ-51040）可確定合適的蛋白復性條件。增加聚集溫度的優(yōu)化條件可使蛋白的穩(wěn)定性有所提升。

SYPRO® Orange 染料是一種環(huán)境敏感染料，能夠與未折疊蛋白的疏水區(qū)結合，用于測量 Tm。Tm 是 Thermal shift 曲線的溫度中點，在溫度中點 Tm 時，樣品中的目標蛋白一半呈現(xiàn)出解折疊狀態(tài)，而另一半保持折疊狀態(tài)。解折疊不依賴于相鄰蛋白。PROTEOSTAT 是一種分子轉子染料，可與蛋白質聚集體的表面結合。Tagg 是熱聚集曲線的中點。蛋白解折疊后開始聚集，聚集取決于相鄰蛋白。蛋白濃度越高，聚集的趨勢越大。
