尿酸酶(EC 1.7.3.3)是嘌呤分解代謝中的重要酶之一。它可以氧化尿酸成尿囊素。人體中,尿酸在血液中大多數(shù)以單鈉鹽方式存在。但無論是尿酸或尿酸鹽在水中可溶性較差,在某些個(gè)體內(nèi)會(huì)沉淀引起痛風(fēng)。尿酸酶在臨床診斷中可用于尿酸含量的測(cè)定。
