PNAS:中國學(xué)者繪制全球首個青稞基因組圖譜
青稞即種植在青藏高原的裸大麥,為大麥的一個變種,藏語中稱為“乃”,是青藏高原農(nóng)牧民的主要食糧和牲畜飼料。在青藏高原長期的自然選擇和人工馴化下,形成了對高原復(fù)雜地理、氣候環(huán)境良好的適應(yīng)性,是作物改良的重要遺傳資源。 中國科學(xué)院成都生物研究所與西藏農(nóng)牧科學(xué)院、華大基因共同繪制了青稞基因組草圖。利用基因組鳥槍法,對青稞地方品種“拉薩鉤芒”進(jìn)行了深度測序,發(fā)現(xiàn)青稞 基因組大小為4.5Gb左右,其中80%以上為重復(fù)序列。組裝獲得約3.89Gb基因組序列,占整個基因組的87[查看]
